Het probleem is om een schone en nauwkeurige actuator te cre?ren ten behoeve van bijvoorbeeld een waferstage. Daarbij kan het ook nodig zijn om in vacu?m te werken en zonder de aanwezigheid van magneetvelden. In dit project wordt nagegaan of dit probleem opgelost kan worden met behulp van een actuator die berust op het principe van akoestische oppervlaktegolven.
